Please fill out the form below to start your request for Venue POS System Card Reader RMA’s. After clicking the “SUBMIT” button, a Zendesk ticket will automatically be created. VIT Depot will acknowledge receipt of the request within 24 hours, or on the following business day if request is received on a Friday or observed holiday.
IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN 20 DEVICES TO RMA: We need to keep each venue’s RMA request on one Zendesk ticket, so if you have to submit an RMA for more than 20 devices at time, please email DavidLucas@LiveNation.com or NateBurian@LiveNation.com for further instructions on how to proceed.
ALL replacement devices will be shipped with a return UPS Label. Upon receiving the replacement devices, please place the defective unit(s) in the box the replacements arrived in, affix the included return label to the box, and either drop it off at a UPS location or arrange a pickup at your venue. This must be completed no later than the next business day.
NOTE: This form should only be used for Card Reader RMA’s. Please reach out to the VAST Team if you need to purchase replacement iPads, iPods, stands, cases, or printers.
