TOURtech Public Wi-Fi Privacy Policy

I. Introduction

TourTechSupport, Inc., a North Carolina corporation (the “Company”), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through compliance with this policy. This policy describes:

  • The types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you access or use the network services and WiFi Hotspot Connections (the “Network”) provided by the Company.
  • Our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

  • We collect offline or is collected on any other networks or websites, including websites you may access through the Network.

II. Children Under the Age of 13

We collect information from and about users of our Network:

  • Provide you with access to the Network and its contents, and any other information, products or services that you request from us.

IX. Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted through our Network.
